Do what makes u feel good
Everyday begins the same way in diet.
At breakfast I eat curd and berries, usually I make a smoothie.

Then u eat snack , same food that u ate at breakfast
Time for meal number 1 u eat broccoli, some greenbeans, rise/macaroni/potatoes and some chicken or meat low fat of course ...

Meal number 2 same as meal 1 except if don't train, u can't eat the rise or anything like that.. how simple can that be, but after few days everything starts to taste the same the sense of taste will become numb.
Enough with that today is gym day at 5pm It's time to hit the gym, it's shoulder and chest day.
Days almost over and training went well my body is screaming, today was fun but very much like every other day.. when did my life got so boring, im not saying that everything in my life is boring
but most of it.
